Spring is here, and so is the season for nonprofit board planning retreats. At Third Sector Group, we have spent the past decade working with organizations dedicated to being the best for the world, not just the best in the world! Over that time, we have learned that a well-prepared Leadership Strategy Day™ can yield transformational results.
